At Skylynn Aviation, we take pride in shaping the future of aspiring aviation professionals. As part of our commitment to providing career opportunities and guidance, we recently hosted an informative and engaging Career Orientation Session at the BASCO UNHCR Campus. The event aimed to inspire and empower students from the campus, many of whom have a keen interest in pursuing careers in aviation.
The Goal of the Orientation
Our primary focus was to offer students a deeper understanding of the vast range of opportunities within the aviation industry. The orientation covered critical areas such as:
- Cabin Crew & Ground Staff Roles: Insight into the essential skills and qualifications needed to excel in these high-demand positions.
- Reservation & Operations: An overview of the back-end processes that keep airlines and airports running smoothly.
- Aviation Trends: Discussing how the industry is evolving with new technologies and what students should expect in the coming years.
- Networking Opportunities: Introducing students to industry leaders and the value of building connections.
Expert Speakers
The session was led by Skylynn Aviation’s experienced trainers, including professionals from various branches of the aviation sector. They shared personal experiences, career paths, and valuable advice for breaking into this competitive industry.
